Group classes are great, but a private teacher deepens your practice in surprising ways. Whether new to Yoga, in need of rehabilitation from an injury, or just wanting to take your practice deeper, a private class meets your unique state of being, or you prefer to practice at home in your own time. Private One-On-One sessions allow you to work at your own pace. If you’re uncertain about your level of practice, a private lesson will help you develop self-confidence and self-awareness. Private One-On-One sessions provide the time and space to individualize your individual way and progress in practicing Yoga.
Private sessions are particularly helpful for those who need foundations before attending public classes and for those who want to establish a comfortable and convenient home practice. It’s also an excellent opportunity to deepen an already existing practice by exploring the more subtle aspects of Asana and meditation. Our teacher will encourage you to work on your alignment of the postures. MYYOGA is able to bring the yoga studio right to the comfort of your home, wherever you are in Singapore.
Our classes are all-levels and are suitable for anyone, even absolute beginners. We offer many styles like Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation or more challenging variations as Bootcamp Yoga or HIIT Yoga. All the attention is on the student. Due to the focused training in an one-on-one assistance, this is comparable with the benefits a student receives from a tutor versus classroom learning.
Every body is different depending on our physiognomy, injuries, and body strengths. Not all postures should look the same for everybody, as we are all created differently. Often advanced students want to take their practice to a new level and benefit from the higher attention in a private session. Students can learn new postures and deepen their practice much faster than in a group. A private session helps you to gain confidence, and progress rapidly and safe.
